Terms and Conditions of Library of Things (LOT) loans:
- All LOT borrowers must have a signed waiver on file or provided to them. This form is available at the library or by pressing HERE.
- LOT items are available to patrons 18 years of age and older with a library card in good standing (i.e., the card is not blocked due to unpaid fines and lost materials).
- Patrons may only borrow 1 item at a time from the LOT. The loan period is 7 days with no renewals. (The Library reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy.)
- Items must be returned to the Main Circulation Desk. They may not be returned in the book drop or to another library.
- An item will not be considered returned until all components have been returned.
- The borrowing patron will be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and their accessories. The dollar amount for replacement or damage of LOT items is noted on the item or in the card catalog.
