Ongoing Adult Programs

Book Club

The Book Club meets every last Tuesday of the month at 1 pm. Copies of each month’s selection is available at the Circulation Desk. We extend an invitation to all to attend this discussion. New and occasional members are always welcome! Call the library for more information. The March 31st book club meeting read is: “Girl Waits with Gun, A Kopp Sisters Novel” by Amy Stewart.  The April 28th read is: “The Cold, Cold Ground” by Adrian McKinty. We will discuss both books on 4/28 if we are open at that time.

Writing Group

The writing group meets on Tuesday, 11 am at the library. New members are always welcome at this peer-run, friendly and supportive group. All forms of writing, and all levels of experience are welcome! Please contact Jennifer at 413-320-3207 or email jenn_delozier@charter.net for more information.

All Hamptons Read

All Hamptons Read is a collaboration of multiple communities in Hampshire County designed to engage a broad cross section of our population, including children and young adults. Our goals are to foster a sense of community by bringing people together to share the experience of reading and responding to the same book, and to explore its themes in interesting and critical ways.

Books are widely distributed and free. A calendar of events is available and programming, exhibits and panel discussions may be held in each of the public libraries who participate. Please check with your librarian for more information.
